Three Ways to Worship With Us:

Wednesday, 6:30pm

Ways to Connect with God and Each Other:

We are SO excited to start our next Wednesday morning Zoom class on the NY Times bestseller, Love Does by Bob Goff on April 21st. Bob is a “reformed lawyer” who has become an international Christian activist sensation.

Here is part of the blurb on the back cover of the book. “When Love Does, life gets interesting. Each day turns into a hilarious, whimsical, meaningful chance to make faith simple and real. Each chapter is a story that forms a book, a life. . . Light and fun, unique and profound, the lessons drawn from Bob’s life and attitude just might inspire you to be secretly incredible, too.”

The zoom class, combining a weekly DVD, music, prayers and small groups, will run for 6 weeks, Wednesday, April 21-Wednesday, May 26, 9:30-11:15am. Please buy both the book and the study guide before the first session. There is no class fee. Leaders are Lynn Hughes and Laurie Bohlke.

Click the link below or call the church office, 561.747.8340, to request the Zoom Link.

Please join us the fourth Wednesday of each month for a family dinner from 5:30 – 6:30pm. Cost is $8.00 per person or $20 per family. All dinners will be served outside, behind faith hall, weather permitting. Cost at the door is $10 per person or $25.00 per family, take out is available. Children will have pizza as an alternate meal, if desired.

If your child is part of our Wednesday night Youth Group, pizza will be available as usual. If they would like the dinner, cost is $8.00.

Join Marthe, our Director of Children’s Ministries, Thursdays at 9:30am for a time for families with kids too young for our Children’s Church program to gather.  We will have songs, a Bible story and playtime.

Adults will need to wear masks and we will encourage mask wearing for children 3 years old and older.

No registration is required.

Join Pastor Chip, David and other members of the JupiterFIRST team each Tuesday at 6:30pm as we read and discuss the Revised Common Lectionary readings for the week.

The weekly readings can be found here.

By joining this group, you will be lending your voice, your thoughts and your insights to the weekly sermon and worship service.

Email Pastor Chip for Zoom invite.

Brenda’s Story

I’m Brenda Markert.  I moved to the Jupiter area eight years ago to be near my daughter and her family.  My daughter, Cathy, and her husband, Seth, had a lovely little boy, Thomas, age 4 at the time.  They were expecting Julia in a few months.  We’ll celebrate her 8th birthday this week.  It’s been a wonderful eight years….

Watch our gathering live online or in-person at 9:30am (EDT) every Sunday at live.jupiterfirst.org
