ANNUAL MEETING
JupiterFIRST’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, February 12, after Worship in the Sanctuary. There will be two Town Hall Meeting opportunities, Sunday, February 5 after Worship and Wednesday, February 8 at 6:30pm. The Town Hall meetings will offer open Q&A sessions for active pledging members regarding our Church Bylaws updates. More information will follow regarding the Town Hall Meeting format.
Our annual meeting is a meeting for active pledging members of JupiterFIRST Church and held after the end of each fiscal year as determined by the Church Council. The purpose of the annual meeting includes recognition of outgoing Council members and introduction of new Council members. Additionally, we will elect new nominating committee members and acknowledge new members of our deaconate. We will review last year’s budget and present the budget for 2023.
To be eligible to vote in the upcoming meetings, a 2023 Pledge Card must be turned in by January 31. To complete a 2023 Pledge Card, click here.

Meet Lori
LMHC, CNHP
Hi, I am Lori Oberacker-Pardue. I have been a member of JFC for over 30 years. My roots grow deep here. My three children, Marc (age 32), Hana (age 31), and Luke (29) grew up in this church. I met my husband, Jack Pardue, here as well. My mother, Marie Oberacker, is also a long-time member.
As much as my family is a part of JupiterFIRST Church, the church is part of my family. My kids participated in Sunday School and Youth Group growing up and Hana was even the Interim Director of Youth Ministries for a year. My husband, Jack, is a member of the JupiterFIRST Singers. Me, well, I have worn many hats over the years – all very fashionable, of course.
What you can expect Sunday mornings
We know coming to a new church can feel a bit awkward. We want you to feel comfortable and encouraged from the moment you arrive on campus. Here’s what you can expect on Sunday mornings, online or in-person:

Joyful and Uplifting Worship
Practical and Compelling Sermons
Progressive and Inclusive Community
Monthly Communion
Exceptional Kids' Programs
Commitment to Sacred Space and Liturgy
