Our Mission
The mission of youthFIRST is to welcome, connect, and engage youth in a faithful and fun community that empowers them to live out their calling with purpose and joy.

Before the service starts, stop by the youthFIRST Table in the Narthex - we’ll help you find a seat with the group! During worship, all middle and high students head to the CSR for a relaxed time of connection, conversation, and growing in faith. We can't wait to see you there!
MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM
The WAVE
Mondays, 6:00-8:00pm
The Monday Middle School meeting at The WAVE is always a night to remember! We welcome all 6th-8th grade students for an action-packed evening filled with energy and fun.
Join us in Faith Hall (on the southwest end of the campus) from 6:00-8:00pm for a free dinner, games, worship, an engaging message, and small group discussions centered around faith, friendship, and fun.
We can’t wait to see you there!
HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM
ANCHORED
Wednesdays, 6:00-8:30pm
Join us Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:30 PM in Porter Hall (on the west end of campus) for a gathering designed to bring students closer to each other and to God. Each night centers around a theme, with plenty of opportunities for connection and, of course, fun!
The program includes food and snacks, games, worship, an inspiring message,
small group discussions, and some time to just hang out.
We can’t wait for you to be part of it!
Meet Sherlyn
OUR YOUTH MINISTER
A fourth-generation Floridian, Sherlyn Burnham-Kuehn grew up in Tampa and earned both her B.A. in English and M.A. in Theology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She and her family began attending JupiterFIRST in 2016, where she’s been active in The JupiterFIRST Singers, Children’s Ministries, and momsFIRST.
With a background in Student Ministries, she has over 20 years of experience mentoring young people, leading worship, and organizing outreach programs. She’s excited to once again answer God’s call to serve in Youth Ministry.
When she’s not spending time with her husband and two daughters, Sherlyn enjoys playing the piano, reading everything from spy novels to self-help and memoirs, and taking walks with her family’s terrier mix.

Join us for food, fun, and fellowship! While families and kids enjoy delicious pizza, connect with friends, and spend time playing outside, middle schoolers will have their own pizza party and hangout time in Porter Hall.
It’s the perfect event for all ages to relax, laugh, and share a meal together—just be sure to RSVP so we know how much pizza to order. We can’t wait to see you there!

Looking for something fun (and delicious) to do after Sunday Worship? Come hang with us for our High School Lunch—a time to kick back, enjoy some great food, and connect with friends. Whether you're new or a regular, everyone’s welcome!
Need a ride? Meet us at Porter Hall at 11:00 AM and we’ll take care of the rest.
Driving yourself? Meet us directly at Blaze Pizza (1697 W Indiantown Rd) by 11:15 AM.
Parent pick-up is at 12:30 PM—just enough time to eat, laugh, and relax.

Our children have the opportunity to help lead worship in our Christmas Kids’ Choirs during the 9:30 AM service on Sunday, December 14 in the Sanctuary.

Mandatory Rehearsal (Required for all Participants)

Please register your child by Sunday, November 9. Weekly attendance from November 9-December 7 is important so children can rehearse with their directors and peers. We’ll also provide music for home practice—your help practicing with your child makes a big difference!

We’ll enjoy lunch and snacks together, play games, and take part in activities designed to make the most of the afternoon. Whether you’re looking to laugh, recharge, or simply hang out in a relaxed and welcoming space, this is a great way to connect with others and enjoy your time off. Everyone is invited, so bring a friend and join the fun!
